Tee DuBose was born and raised in Sumter, SC — playing baseball and football at Sumter High School before earning a scholarship to Francis Marion University, where he earned both a Bachelor's in Finance and an MBA. That competitive drive never left him.
Before real estate, Tee served as an Investment Controller at Continental Tire — Sumter's largest plant — where he was responsible for approving investments over 1,500 Euros and monitoring every project and asset in the facility. That financial discipline now works directly for his clients at the negotiating table.
Tee entered real estate driven by faith and a genuine desire to help people. He was the #1 listing and selling agent at Keller Williams Palmetto in Sumter for 2023 and 2024, and finished Top 5 after making the move to RE/MAX Summit mid-2025. When he's not closing deals, he's coaching baseball, leading student ministry, and staying active as a CrossFitter and F3 Sumter member.
